Preperation, Mixing Instructions & Application Instructions

It is VERY IMPORTANT to remove ALL DAMP and PAINT up to the plaster on the surface.
Surface(s) must be brushed clean, dust and flake free for good adhesion.
The affected area can be damp or dry.
Mix DAMPBLOCK MOSAIC FIX, dry mix with clean water until SMOOTH and LUMP FREE
Mix well with water until mixture is in workable paste to stick mosaics tiles.
DAMPBLOCK MOSAIC FIX can be used as grouting agent as well. 100% Waterproof

Health & Safety

Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of accidental contact rinse your eyes immediately with a generous amount of clean water. If necessary, seek medical advice/attention.

Wear a Mask (5.3) when mixing DAMP BLOCK mixture – mix carefully avoid dust generation.

ALWAYS KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

Preparation

Ensure that all damp and paint up to the plaster is completely removed from the surface.
Brush the surface(s) clean to remove any dust and flakes, ensuring a clean and smooth base for better adhesion.

Mixing Instructions:

3. The affected area can be either damp or dry, as the DAMP BLOCK MOSAIC FIX is designed to work in both conditions.

4. Take the dry mix of DAMP BLOCK MOSAIC FIX and add clean water to it.

5. Mix the dry mix and water together until you achieve a smooth and lump-free consistency.

6. Continue mixing well until the mixture reaches a workable paste-like consistency that can effectively adhere the mosaic tiles.

Application Instructions:

7. Apply the mixed DAMP BLOCK MOSAIC FIX to the surface using a trowel or any other suitable tool.

8. Use the adhesive to stick the mosaic tiles firmly onto the prepared surface.

9. Ensure proper alignment and spacing between the tiles.

10. If required, the DAMP BLOCK MOSAIC FIX can also be used as a grouting agent. It is 100% waterproof, providing additional protection to the mosaic installation.

11. Allow the applied DAMP BLOCK MOSAIC FIX to dry completely, following the recommended drying time provided by the product.

12. Once dry, the mosaic installation will be secured and ready for use.

Preperation, Mixing Instructions & Application Instructions

1. Open cracks for good adhesion.

2. MOST IMPORTANT: Remove ALL DAMP and PAINT up to the plaster on the surface.

3. Surface(s) must be brushed clean and dust free for good adhesion.

4. The affected area can be damp or dry.

5. Mix DAMPBLOCK CRACK FILLER, dry mix with clean water.

5.1. Mix until mixture is in a workable paste, SMOOTH and LUMP

5.2. Insert paste into the crack(opening) with a metal scraper, by forcing the paste into the affected area.

5.3. Ensure that the area that needs to be repaired is filled to the maximum capacity.

5.4. Scrape the excess DAMPBLOCK CRACK FILLER off to smoothen the area.

5.5. Allow sufficient time to dry.

5.6. Should further smoothing be required using sanding paper.

5.7. When dry, wipe with clean cloth apply required primer and paint.
